i recently stayed at atwater for 3 nights with my family, and it was wonderful! the double queen room was super comfy, and the air-conditioning was perfect for warm days. i loved the cucumber water in the lobby, refreshing after a long day. also, the atwater cafe is just a short walk away for breakfast, and that $20 food credit made dining so much easier. the luggage service was a lifesaver too!

The staff provided exceptional service, with the bellhop assisting with our luggage and the front desk staff being incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The Queen Room was spotless, featuring comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere. However, the additional $40 daily charge for amenities felt misleading, especially since the notable places were either closed or quite far. Additionally, the late 4 PM check-in time was inconvenient, especially without a bar or lounge area to wait comfortably.
